Description
Vera sour cherry compote embodies the quintessence of the “wild” and slightly acidic taste of our sour cherries, with three simple ingredients: 73% minimum of our local sour cherries, sugar, and fresh organic lemon juice, with no preservatives or artificial coloring.
Pairings
Luscious if spread on fresh or toasted bread, or rusks, and sublime when added to yoghurt or ricotta cheese, perfect in the preparation of tarts, cakes and biscuits. An interesting accompaniment to lightly and fully matured cheeses.
