our wild blackberries compote is made with blackberries picked up in the brambles wood surrounding Cantiano. The wild blackberries have a very particular taste, which has nothing to do with the grown blackberries, in fact they are small and very sweet. The compote we produce retains all the aromas and sweetness of wild blackberries, resulting in a velvety, bright purple color.
