Amarena di Cantiano” are produced with just 3 essential ingredients: our unique local sour cherry (stoned), sugar and lemon juice. In this way, our sour cherries are conserved in their own syrup and are without preservatives.
Pairings
Delicious as a topping on ice-cream, yoghurt, and ricotta cheese or as an accompaniment for lightly matured or herb cheeses. Absolutely perfect for the preparation: panna cotta, blancmange, bavarian, or for chocolate cakes, fruit tarts and cheesecakes.A thirst-quenching, fragrant drink can be obtained by mixing the cherries with cool water.
